About us

Our universe

MO-WA is more than a company; it is a synergistic family movement founded by two individuals with diverse backgrounds in healthcare, high-performance sport, and business. By bringing their expertise together, they discovered the strength of collaboration. Movement became the bridge connecting their different worlds.

MO-WA is a way of life: a movement to care for yourself, challenge your limits, and grow, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and professionally. We support individuals and businesses in reconnecting with this inner drive. From osteopathic care to entrepreneurial coaching, from the gym floor to the boardroom, every action is designed to align body, mind, and ambitions.

The pillars of the MO-WA philosophy

The movement

Movement goes beyond the physical act of moving through space. We see it as the ability to dare, progress, and surpass yourself; the inner drive to believe in your dreams and transform them into reality. Whether through physical and emotional health, sport, or professional development, movement is above all a force that drives individual and collective growth. This is the movement we embody every day, the one that connects body, mind, and ambitions.

Performance

We do not see performance as an end goal, but as the result of movement, action, and conscious progression toward a chosen path. It begins with the courage to take action and is built through commitment, determination, consistency, and resilience. True performance, in our view, lies in the balance between body, mind, and ambitions, whether personal, athletic, or professional.

Balance

Balance is the foundation of sustainable progress. It is not only about moving forward, but also about knowing when to pause in order to come back stronger. These intentional pauses create space to release, reconnect, and restore alignment between body and mind.
This philosophy gave rise to the MO-KA concept: a dedicated space for pause, meaningful exchange, and human connection, naturally integrated into our approach. Through these moments between action and recovery, sustainable balance emerges, enabling a more conscious, aligned, and deeply rooted progression.

The founders

Lisa Fantoli

{cut}Co-founder of MO-WA, Lisa is an osteopath driven by a passion for the human body, interpersonal connection, and psychology. After four and a half years in London, she earned a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (UCO), formerly the British School of Osteopathy (BSO).

Driven to further develop her expertise, she went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Paediatric Osteopathy (0–18 years) at Health Sciences University in London, allowing her to support infants, children, and adolescents through their different stages of development.

She currently practices at the Paul-Cérésole clinic in Vevey, founded by Sandrine Jacot.

With a particular interest in working with athletes, from injury prevention and performance optimisation to return-to-sport support, she has pursued further training in sports-related care. This enables her to tailor her treatments to the specific requirements of each discipline.

She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and has eight years of experience within a nursing team dedicated to rehabilitation and palliative care.

Dynamic by nature and deeply passionate about movement, she practices long-distance triathlon and trains with Tribu Performance. She finds balance, serenity, and energy through mountain adventures and time spent in the ocean, dancing with the waves. These values shape her therapeutic approach and her vision of health: supporting the body in its journey back toward its natural balance.

Together

Beyond their partnership, they share a deep belief: together, higher peaks can be reached and stronger waves can be embraced. Coming from different backgrounds yet united by the same passion for movement, health, and self-improvement, they share a common vision: empowering individuals in their health, physical activity, and personal ambitions.

By joining forces, they discovered the strength of their combined expertise, and movement became the common thread connecting their different worlds. From this vision, MO-WA was born, a unique alliance at the intersection of health, sport, and management.

MO-WA is much more than a company: it is a vision driven by the ambition to elevate individuals and organisations toward sustainable balance and performance. MO-WA embodies their philosophy: bringing their strengths together to create a positive, lasting, and inspiring impact on people and businesses. They believe that movement, whether physical, mental, or organisational, lights the way toward harmony and fulfilment.

Through MO-WA, they support their patients and clients in their journey of growth, self-improvement, and personal balance, combining expertise, passion, and commitment to their well-being. Their approach brings together health, osteopathic care, corporate interventions, entrepreneurial project coaching, and sports coaching with one shared mission: to empower people to create, move, build, and thrive, both in their bodies and in their lives.
